The Residential Evening Coach’s general role is to supervise up to six residents living on the property, work as a team to maintain the schedule, participate as needed in meal preparation, and provide transportation to and from appointments and activities. The REC also offers emotional and spiritual support to the residents. The REC models and actively coaches residents on what it means to follow Christ daily in all eight dimensions of life.

The RC also provides emotional and spiritual support to the residents. The RC models what it means to follow Christ daily in all eight dimensions of life.
