This kind of person is successful at Hope Ranch:
- A “passionate for Jesus” leader.
We’re looking for people who are committed to following Jesus, growing in the freedom He provides, and living out the eight dimensions of life we teach. - A self-regulated person.
We’re looking for someone who remains calm under pressure, is not easily escalated, and can self-regulate her emotions when others become emotionally dysregulated. - A person whose heart aches for the exploited and abused.
We’re looking for people who truly see this as a ministry, not a place to “just get a paycheck.” - A humble, “willing to learn” person.
We’re looking for people who believe we are all “in process” and who are always seeking to understand further how to help foster healing and freedom.
